Aloha! Welcome to Hali'i Kai, recently named #1 resort on the Big Island, which is located in Waikoloa on Kohala's Gold Coast, so named because our 350 annual days of sunshine is the most in Hawai'i. Hali'i Kai, is the only gated resort on the west coast of the island with a private restaurant and bar. Our Oceanview Club, includes a tiered pool, restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts, and all these amenities are all private to guests of the resort. E Komo Mai.
Welcome to paradise! Our villa is the perfect place to call hale ("home") while you relax and enjoy all the Big Island has to offer. Take in the views from the lanai, which is situated on the 9th hole of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and offers views of the ocean, sunset, Kohala mountains, and the Hualalai volcano. Unwind and socialize while cooking in the fully-stocked open-concept kitchen or using the lanai's gas grill. Entertain yourself with a cabinet of books, board games, or one of the 2 cable TVs. Ceiling fans in every room and on the lanai along with the breezy trade winds will keep you cool and comfortable and we have A/C to cover you during the rare heat wave since it is almost always in the mid-80s.
The condo was recently remodeled with new wood floors in the hallway and living/dining room. (NEW FLOORS SINCE PHOTOS TAKEN)
The layout is ideal for 2 couples or a couple with older children.
The master bedroom features one of the comfiest king-size beds you'll ever sleep in, two large closets, and a large ensuite master bathroom with dual vanities and oversized shower with rainfall shower head. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and adjacent bathroom. The second bathroom, which has a bathtub, is located next to the second bedroom and can also function as a common bathroom for guests.
We offer conveniences of laundry in the unit, deeded parking, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. Our guests can also access our beach closet which holds boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, float noodles, and a rolling cooler. The activities closet offers children's golf clubs and golf balls, tennis racquets and tennis balls, pickle ball set, snorkels, masks, fins, life jackets for little ones, a child's wetsuit, beach towels, bocce balls, and a basketball.
Daily resort fee is $25 additional paid by guests upon check in.
