Our villa is located 20 minutes north of the Kona Airport at Waikoloa Beach Resort, a central location from which to explore and enjoy the vast beauty and diversity of the Big Island. You'll enjoy the best weather on the island and will be just minutes from the top beaches, cultural attractions, shops, entertainment, luaus, and a wide variety of great restaurants!
Hale Nene is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in the quiet and private Building I of Fairway Villas, a gated community that boasts beautiful landscaping, infinity pool, elevated lava rock spa with waterfall, fitness center, and grilling area. Fairway Villas is tucked away on the private shores of King's Lake and surrounded by a Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course. Immediately outside the gate of Fairway Villas are the ancient Petroglyph Trails!
Hale Nene is newly furnished and decorated in relaxing island hues. You will find all new furniture (including award-winning Nectar mattresses), decorations, newly stocked kitchen, new range, new washer and dryer, new carpet, and more (please see list below with all upgrades). Our villa comfortably sleeps four. The master suite features a king size bed, smart TV, dresser, desk, ceiling fan, dual sinks, oversized soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features two twin beds (which can be converted into a king upon request), smart TV, ceiling fan, and an adjacent full bathroom. A Pack N' Play and child's highchair are available for young children.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets, and granite countertops. All cookware, bakeware, small appliances, dishes, glassware, utensils, and silverware are included. The dining area boasts an exquisite, locally-made Hawaiian ear-pod dining table.
The living room includes comfortable seating, smart TV, and a variety of games for all ages. The living room opens to the lanai, overlooking the golf course. Enjoying morning coffee or gorgeous sunset views with an evening drink on the lanai may become a highlight of your vacation! Located on the ground floor, Hale Nene allows you to expand your outdoor living space to the grassy area beyond the lanai. This creates a very spacious and private feel to your hale. No stairs or waiting for an elevator!
