Also located on the ground floor this villa offers a nice lawn area in front for the children and is surrounded with lush tropical landscaping. From the moment you step into the villa you will marvel at the updated modern touches, artwork & beautiful Asian décor throughout the villa.
The living area is nicely furnished with a new sectional sofa and new furnishings. There are new TVs throughout. The large pocket doors off of the living area open up to the lanai. Whether you are in the villa or outside, with these large pocket doors you can enjoy the sounds and scents of the tropics. The lanai has new outdoor dining for 6. There is also a wet bar and Viking stainless steel grill for your use.
Just off of the living area is the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a large dining table that seats six as well as three barstools. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked and features stainless steel appliances and granite counters.
Just off the living room is the entrance to the spacious master bedroom with a new king size bed & new furnishings. The master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.
