If we don`t hear from you 10 minutes after check-in, we assume everything is fine. you authorize the host and/or maintenance staff to enter the property to investigate and resolve the issue. While we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice prior to entry, you acknowledge and agree that, due to scheduling and time constraints, entry may occur without advance notice when necessary to promptly address the concern.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside or in front of the property. A $1500 cleaning fee will apply for violations. If they leave cigarette butts, you will be fined $150 for each cigarette butt found.
Late Check-Out:
Late check-out without prior approval is subject to a $75 charge. If check-out exceeds 2 hours past the designated time, a minimum $200 fee will apply, along with potential lost revenue for any subsequent bookings.

Any violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay, without a refund, at the discretion of the host.
