A lovely seaside cottage with a beautiful garden that overlooks a small boat harbor.
The cottage is cozy and quaint with all of the modern amenities. This cottage has two levels and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can drive right up to the front door of the main level. On the main level of the cottage there is the kitchen, living room, a small bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. On the lower level of the house there are two more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There is also a family room with a fold out futon sofa and a bathroom with a tub and shower as well as a washer and dryer. There are decks on both the upper and lower levels. The upper deck has a gas barbeque. The lower deck leads out to the seaside garden.
This is a totally non-smoking property. No smoking in, or around the property.
IMPORTANT! Please let us know if you prefer to have the 2 twin beds or the option of a king bed in the third bedroom. We would also like to know ahead of arrival if you would like the sofa bed made up. We charge depending on group size. There are charges for additional people over 4 people.
