The second deck is off the living area and overlooks the fenced backyard.
The primary bedroom suite is located on the upper level but set apart from the living room in case someone wants to retire early into a King bed with full bath including separate shower and jetted tub.
A half bath and full laundry room complete the upper level amenities. There is air conditioning for the upstairs areas.
Home currently set up with cable, but that will be transitioned to internet based streaming.
There is parking in the garage for 2 cars, and room in the driveway for 2 more.
