The exclusive gated Bonita Bay campus features 2400 acres of nature, including 12 miles of walking and biking paths (drop of and pick up bike rentals available), three parks, picnic areas, pickleball, bocce courts, playgrounds, boardwalks, and fishing pier into Estero Bay and the Imperial River. Free shuttle services operate throughout the day to the area beaches (pending the reopening of the fabulous private beach and concourse scheduled for Jan 2025).
