Both the dining room and living room have spectacular views of the yard and reservoir (usually full from spring through fall) with vaulted ceilings. Kitchen features include a large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, ceramic glass top stove, and Bosch dishwasher. Plenty of cabinets and storage.
Large separate family/game room with futon and Foosball/air hockey table and additional half bath.
The laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer and sink is located in the main home only.
