-Beautiful 2017 built house in 2 acres 1800sqt with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeps up to 8
-Has a large 18' x32' solar heated pool and a large fish pond and outdoor bar/BBQ and tropical landscape parking for 4 cars.
-There is a barn on the property separately from the house divided with a privacy fence were we live.
-There are also several animals on the property mini horses, tortoise, birds that can make noise.
-10 mins drive from downtown Punta Gorda with lots of great restaurants, little shops and bars with live music and much more.
-10 mins drive from Punta Gorda airport.
-Located in a peaceful neighborhood with large oak trees on a dead end street.
***TROPICAL GETAWAY - HOUSE RULES***
1)No Party of any kind allowed. Smoking only allowed outside by the bar/bbq area there will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside.
We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.
2)No loud music outside at anytime. No outside noise after 9PM.
3)Small animals are allowed under 30 lbs. It has to be added to the reservations and there will be a $50 for the first and $25 for the second pet fee + taxes. Not adding to the reservation we have the rights to charge you an extra cleaning fee.
4)All guests must be registered in the reservation by name and age. Extra guests that is not in the reservation we have the rights to remove from the property or charge an extra $15usd per night/guest.Visitors or other guest that don’t stay in the property are allowed after approval from tropical gateway and have to leave the property before 10pm.
5)Check out is 11AM more than 30mins late will charge $50usd. More than 2hrs late we have the right to charge you for an extra day. This doesn’t give you the right to stay longer.
6)We have the rights to charge you extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirty than normal, leaving stains in the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash in the house behind, strange smells, etc.
7)We have the rights to charge you for new Beddings, Towels leaving them stains and dirty and turn up missing .
8)By not following the house rules we have the rights to cancel the reservation without any refund and removal of all guests from the property.
