• ***Plumbing/Septic - This home runs on a septic system, and the plumbing is very sensitive. Please do not flush wipes (of any kind), hygiene products, paper towels, facial tissues, or anything not meant for the toilet. • There are bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife in the area - Please close and lock the trash bins as well as your vehicle at all times!
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 3 levels with 2 stairwells, and there are no bedrooms on the entry level.
• Wood for the fireplace is not included, so please be sure to pick up wood if you would like to use this amenity. A Wal-Mart and Home Depot are about 12 minutes away at the El Rancho/Evergreen Pkwy exit on your way up from Denver).
• Hot tub - Please keep in mind that if a full drain and fill service is needed it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature.
• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
• The pellet stove on the lower level living area is out-of-order and does not function.
• *Outdoor fires (including fire pits and grills) are NOT allowed per Clear Creek County short-term rental regulations. Violators may be subject to fines for having outdoor fires.
