We are proud to manage this property in the highly sought after Suncadia Resort. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home is perfect for a family, 2 families or a smaller group. It’s a one level home that is great to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Garage has been converted into a game room. Master bedroom with a King size bed, private bathroom and door to the patio so you can enjoy the hot tub. 1 Queen bedroom and a Bunkroom with 2 twin bunks (4 beds total).
Open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining. Living room has a beautiful fireplace, a smart TV and oversized windows to enjoy the views of the backyard and golf course. Fully stocked kitchen with seating at the island and a large dining table that seats 8. Great outdoor space to enjoy a relaxing morning with a cup of coffee or a soak in the hot tub.
