A penthouse sanctuary offering terrific skyline city views from the large master bedroom. This modern home features 2 bedrooms and an open floor plan with enough space to relax and let loose. Our home is in a private and quiet neighborhood overlooking a wonderful community garden and green-space - which is hard to find in the city! Don’t worry about parking as there is ample street parking and easy access to all types of public transit. Within Walking distance to the art museum and attractions! The space Kitchen – Modern with stone counters, white wood cabinetry, professional series Samsung kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, Kuerig coffee machine, Breville convection/toaster oven and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Greenpan non-stick pots and pans as well as ample tupperware, silverware, dishes and glasses. Four bar stools along center island kitchen area offer plenty of space for guests to enjoy a meal or beverage. Living Room - suede leather coach and matching loveseat with 55” Samsung TV and universal remote. AppleTV and Bose sound system complete the living room area, which is open to the kitchen and dining room. Dining Room- an old restored library table completes the dining area with seating to accommodate 4. Master Bedroom- Queen sized bed with plenty of room for luggage and belongings. The master bedroom offers breathtaking skyline city views and is tranquil and quiet - perfect for a great nights sleep! Guest access All areas of the home are open for our guests to use except for areas that are locked (closets and certain cabinets). Please be respectful of our belongings which include our appliances, knives and other household items. Our personal closets are off-limits to guests as they store our personal items/clothing. Interaction with guests I am always a short phone call or text away for any questions that may arise and will otherwise be waiting to hear how lovely of a stay our guests had with us. My house cleaner might be available to meet in person, if necessary. Other things to note While we do not subscribe to cable TV, you will have access to our DirecTV Now (streaming) account, some local Over-the-Air channels via our TiVo, the internet and our Apple TV.
