Welcome to Summer Haus! Whether you're coming to Smith Lake to play or relax and take in the beautiful view, this stunning 5-bedroom home has plenty to offer. Only 8 minutes from I65 Good Hope exit 305 and 12 minutes to shopping and dining.
With 5 bedrooms, two living areas, a large deck, covered patio, firepit area, and its own PRIVATE dock complete with swim platform, water slide, Ski Doo Dock, and two available boat slips, you'll have all that you need for a little R and R on the water. The home was updated with all new furniture / mattresses / linens in fall of 2022-2023 and sleeps 16 in beds. Our home has a double garage and paved driveway which can easily accommodate 5 cars with additional parking across the street.
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a stocked coffee/wine bar, and gas grill located on the upper deck allows for large family meals with dining room seating, bar seating, and an eat-in kitchen table. 4 smart TVs (including 2 75" monsters!) are in the home ready for any of your streaming services. Come in and cool off in the game room with large screen TV, lighted dart board, and a foosball table. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating on both levels as well as a patio dining set on the dock.

There are 4 operational security cameras located at the front and back entrances of the home.
