Ideally located only 2 minutes from Camp Watercolor, this is a perfect home for families to come together to make memories. Splash around in the multiple pools and lazy river before strolling back to the house for a quick rest then doing it all again that afternoon.
A new private pool is coming just in time for Spring 2024! This new addition will ensure you truly have the best of the best experience in Watercolor and 30A. You will feel like you are enjoying your own private resort.
The spacious floor plan provides an easy flow through the stylishly decorated home. With all suite bedrooms, everyone will enjoy their private space before coming together in the many private outdoor spaces including two screened in porches! The large kitchen is stocked with professional grade appliances, cookware, and serving pieces to make the family chef happy. The grill master will enjoy the outdoor grill, with beautiful views of the lush Watercolor nature scape.
Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly.
