The huge backyard boasts 4 levels of outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the water view. Grilling is available on an outdoor charcoal barbeque pit. More than twenty 100-foot pecan trees shade the lush riverside grass, perfect for a game of soccer or football. A boat ramp is available nearby for launching boats and jet skis, when the water level is acceptable. There is a private dock for tying up, which is also perfect for fishing. So bring your fishing poles, kayaks, tubes and floats, and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the river!

More shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away.
