Act fast!! This Prime Mid-Summer July Week at the beautiful Marriott Newport Coast Villas won't last!!

I am a Presidential Owner (not a broker) and love visiting this resort year after year. This year, however, I have to cancel and decided to rent it. Hopefully, you and your family can take advantage to vacation in beautiful Newport Beach creating wonderful memories.

This is a 2-bedroom 2-bath villa (approximately 1248 sq ft).

The reservation is for one villa with checkin on July 14, 2023 and checkout on July 21, 2023.

The villa's private balcony is the perfect place to start and end every relaxing day. The sleeping accommodations includes a master bedroom with a king bed, soaker tub and private bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed plus pullout sleeper sofa. There is also a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. The second full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

The unit has numerous conveniences to make you feel right at home including a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, dishes & glasses, pots and pans. Other included amenities include pool/beach towels, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, flat screen televisions, free wifi, hair dryers, washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

There are a numerous resort activities for all age groups to enjoy!! The resort has 3 pool areas, numerous hot tubs, a kid center ("SandBox"), an arcade, game room, movie theater, two gyms, a spa, basketball court, putting green, tennis courts, volleyball court, a casual poolside bar & grill and fire pits. There are also numerous barbecues and fire pits located throughout the resort. Be sure to check out the fun kids' tide pool, slide and splash pad.

A Marriott resort concierge is available in the lobby to answer questions during your stay. They have great recommendations for dining as well as connecting with nearby attractions like Balboa Island, golfing, paddle boarding, biking and Duffy boat rentals. Be sure to ask about the resort's free daily shuttles to Fashion Island, Crystal Cove Beach and Laguna Beach. Disneyland, Legoland and Universal Studios are also within driving distance of the resort.

Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using the provided resort confirmation number. Free Parking passes for two vehicles will be provided at check-in.

This unit is managed and maintained by Marriott. Marriott's policy is to assign villa locations ONLY upon check-in. Therefore, location requests can be made, but I can NOT guarantee a villa location or view.

The resort does not provide daily house cleaning services, but these services are sometimes available for an extra fee paid directly to Marriott. The resort does not permit rollaway beds, does not allow pets, and does not provide RV or trailer parking.

This resort is non-smoking.

BOOKING & CONFIRMATION INFORMATION:
It is important to note that Marriott has recently updated their policy regarding names on guest reservations.
(1) You must be 25+ years old to check-in.
(2) You must provide your Legal Name that matches your Valid Government Photo ID. This is the name that will be put on the Guest Certificate within the first 24HOURS of booking. If you not provide this during booking, I will put the name that is on your VRBO account.
(3) The Person's who's name is on the Guest Certificate must be present to check into the resort. A valid Government issued photo identification and a security deposit/credit card is required at check-in. This is a cashless resort. The security deposit amount, policy and deposit return rules is ONLY set and handled by MARRIOTT at check-in. Marriott returns the security deposit if there are no damages or incidental charges incurred during your stay.
(4) Marriott will not allow name changes or edits to the Guest Certificate once it has been issued, Nor will a refund/cancellation be issued if you do not provide the correct name for the guest certificate during booking. Thank you for understanding that Marriott has a strict policy regarding guests' reservations.
(5) I will respond to bookings within 24 hours. Please DO NOT book flights until I provide you with the resort's confirmation number.
