The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed with Twin-size trundle bed for overflow sleeping. Fiber internet with symmetrical gigabit upload/download speeds is provided. The private patio is equipped with infrared heaters in the ceiling, allowing guests to still enjoy the outdoors on cooler nights and into the winter months.
Indulge in the onsite amenities exclusive to Building 8 guests and owners, including a rooftop pool and hot tub, rooftop entertainment area with *exceptional* views of iconic Lake Pend Oreille, a covered bar with large TVs, fire tables, natural gas BBQs, all new fitness room and a social room with fireplace, large TV and shuffleboard. Tour the rest of this amazing development and find the large, private beach with swimming area, marina, outdoor pool heated year-round and additional hot tub, Wildflower Day Spa, and the Retreat Center which offers daily coffee and newspapers. Explore the Pend Oreille Bay Trail right next to Building 8 or stroll into town for shopping and dinner. Seasons has it all, and some additional perks, too! Kayak and paddle board rentals are also available right from the beach at Seasons. There is also an infrared sauna and a pilates reformer for guest and owner use!
**NOTE: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
