This is by far one of the most beautiful resort properties on the Delmarva peninsula located in the coveted Rehoboth by the Sea neighborhood (North Dewey). With extraordinary living space on all four floors, there are four living areas under air and 3 living areas on the screened porches. The rear entertaining area boasts an 11x30 foot screened porch overlooking the 12x30 foot heated, inground pool. The porch is complete with a 60-inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace, comfy living room and dining area that seats 10-12 guests. This outdoor entertainment space exudes the feeling of being in your own private boutique resort. There is a pool cabana with bar seating for 6 and additional living area seating. For those that require more space or privacy, the guest house (on the same property) can be rented separately as a 1,2 or 3 bedroom. Evening up lighting projects a feeling of sophistication and relaxation. There are 3 screened porches and a second level deck overlooking the resort pool. The main residence has four full floors of luxury living that will not disappoint, graced by a five-foot wide staircase with custom iron rails. The main house features seven ensuite bedrooms and two "kids" bedrooms on the third floor that share a bath ensuring complete privacy and convenience for every guest. It's just 2 short blocks to the beach (5 min walk). Fifers local farmers market is just a 1 minute walk from the house carrying fresh farm produce in addition to almost anything you would need for a nice meal at home.
This home was custom built in 2023/24 and the owners spared no expense. Reclaimed hardwood pine floors grace the three main floors and are accentuated on the first level with a custom wood beamed ceiling. When you walk through the door you will simply be amazed by the details the owners envisioned and brought to life. The main level has an open concept great room with gourmet Viking kitchen, double refrigeration, freezer drawers, beverage bar and a 5x14 quartz center island that seats 7 persons comfortably. There is also a European style antique dining table that seats 14. This space lends itself perfectly for those that want the ultimate in pampering....a Chef prepared family dinner (chef services can be arranged). There are two living areas, one with a gas fireplace, in addition to gathering space on the front and rear screened porches. There is also a large living area on the top floor with a 75-inch tv and fireplace. Both upper-level bedroom floors have full beverage bars with refrigeration and coffee makers. The lower level is approximately 1,000 sq feet and boasts a king bedroom ensuite living area with fireplace and dining table for kids' activities. This floor has a separate entrance to the pool in addition to interior access. There is an elevator to all four floors.
Guest bedrooms are situated on all four floors. The main floor can accommodate 2 people in the queen ensuite with a shower. The lower level (below ground) has a king ensuite. The second level has 2 king ensuites and 1 queen ensuite while the third level houses 1 king & 1 queen ensuite in addition to two “kids” rooms that share a bath.
