It has upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160, 2 bunk beds, 1 sofa bed BZ 140), 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, and on the ground floor a large day room including living room and dining room with equipped American kitchen. This room is accessible by 2 entrances, one directly from the parking space and gives on the ground floor on a small garden. There are also 2 terraces with exceptional views of the mountains and the lake. Direct access to the private pontoon and the mooring ring is via the patio. The house is fully furnished and has the necessary storage space. The rental of duvet covers and towels (€ 50) as well as cleaning at the end of the stay (€ 50) are optional.
