The beach is beautiful, local bars and restaurants are open, and Emerald Isle is making progress after Hurricane Isaias. Our condo fared very well, and we look forward to welcoming guests back once the building is cleared for rentals.
The current rental suspension runs through November 17 and may be extended. Reservations are by request rather than instant booking, so we can discuss the latest conditions for your dates before confirming your stay.
The pools, hot tub, pool deck, fitness room, sauna and beach access boardwalk are currently closed. The HOA expects amenity closures to continue for at least several months after rentals resume. Building repairs will also continue, with construction activity, noise and possible access to the condo by authorized personnel.
The community boardwalk closure does not mean the beach itself is closed. Please contact us about available beach access for your stay.
Weβre hopeful for continued progress heading into spring, although the HOA has not confirmed completion dates. We want the whole property looking and functioning its best again, and that takes a little time after a storm.

Native Cafe is right across the street for breakfast, and Paradise Bar & Grill is within walking distance for food, drinks and live music along the sound.
The Pensacola Beach Boardwalk shopping and dining area, Casino Beach, fishing pier, beach bars and shops are nearby. Sneaky Tiki, tucked behind the RV resort, is another fun sound-side stop.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Emerald Isle normally offers two beachfront swimming pools, including one heated seasonally, a hot tub, fitness room, dry sauna and beach access boardwalk.
