Summary: Staff. Helpful and friendly… but we were there for a hockey tournament and with a hotel full of boys, I don’t think they were prepared and it wasn’t aware of the tournament going on, and they were not very pleasant to be around. We had to leave the lobby bc the lady at the front desk was stressing out and everything the boys did and some of the parents was wrong.
