A DAY HERE
Start your morning off with a cup of coffee and a dip in the cold plunge, group photo at the "ESCAPE to the arts" mural. Rounds on the golf sim while the crew runs a game of Charlotte themed cornhole. Afternoon soak in the sunken hot tub & cocktails in the sunroom bar. Golden hour in the speakeasy — someone's on the piano, someone's on the karaoke mic. Movie night in the theater with fresh popcorn, then out to the gas fire pit under the string lights. • The Speakeasy (upstairs) — queen Murphy bed.
• The Movie Theater (upstairs) — full pull-out sofa, direct door to the third full bath.

Check-in is self check-in with smart locks on the front and back doors — your personal code arrives before arrival, so roll in on your own schedule after 4 PM. (Need a 3 PM early check-in? Just ask — we'll accommodate when the calendar allows.) Sim-shed startup and everything else is in your digital guidebook.
Parking: free parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway, plus on-street parking.
Other things to note
We are here to ensure a five-star stay, but please keep in mind:
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There are fees for not abiding by this rule.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.
- Minimum age requirement to book our home is 25+ years old.
