Welcome to The Royal, a spacious and beautifully decorated historic home in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC. Thoughtfully decorated with elegant royal-inspired touches, this one-of-a-kind property blends historic character with modern comfort. With five bedrooms, two full living spaces, and two kitchens, The Royal is ideal for family gatherings, wedding groups, or friends traveling together.
Located just a short walk from many of Wilmington’s most popular attractions, guests can easily explore the riverfront, local restaurants, shops, wedding venues, and concert venues that make the Port City such a vibrant destination!
The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with five king-size beds and one queen bed, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out.
The Princess Kate – First Floor Suite
The Princess Kate suite is located on the main level and comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two king-size bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
One bedroom is located just off the living area, while the second is tucked down the back hallway for additional privacy. The primary bedroom features a shower/tub combination, and the suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

The Queen Elizabeth – Upper Floors (Stairs Only)
