Unwind on Moon Lake at this peaceful cottage with a private dock and covered boat slip. Two private king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, an open bunk area with two bunk beds, and a sleeping loft with two twin beds accommodate up to 9 guests. Relax on the screened porch with swings and rocking chairs, gather on the 20x30 lakeside deck, or end the day at the fire pit. The fenced, gated yard fits boats and trailers. Great for fishing trips, family lake vacations, boating getaways and Clarksdale blues weekends.
THE SPACE
The cottage has two private bedrooms with king beds, each with its own bathroom. Off the living room is an open bunk area (not a private bedroom) with two complete bunk-bed sets, for four twin mattresses in all. There is also a separate sleeping loft with two twin beds; the loft is not a private bedroom. Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, and there's a stacked washer and dryer.
Outside, the screened porch looks out toward the lake and has swings and rocking chairs. The private dock has a covered boat slip and a 20x30 deck with picnic seating, perfect for fishing, sunsets and morning coffee. There's also a fire pit with lake views and a BBQ grill. The front yard is fully fenced and gated, with room to park vehicles, boats and trailers. Longer stays are welcome.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the entire cottage, fenced yard, private dock with covered boat slip, deck and fire pit area for their stay. You're welcome to tie up your own boat at the covered slip. Please bring your own lines, fenders and life jackets. Use of the dock and boat slip is at your own risk. Park cars, boats and trailers inside the fenced front yard, and keep the gate closed.

This is a quiet lake neighborhood. No parties, events, unauthorized gatherings or loud music. Only guests registered on the reservation may stay overnight. No smoking or vaping, and no drugs. Please do not remove furniture, linens, towels, dishes or decor from the cottage.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water and on the dock. Life jackets are strongly recommended for children and non-swimmers. Please do not dive from the dock. The cottage is raised, with steps at the entrances.
GETTING AROUND AND COMMUNICATION
Set along a quiet section of south Moon Lake, the cottage is a relaxed waterfront base for family time, fishing and boating. Please respect neighboring homes. A vehicle is needed for restaurants, groceries and trips to Clarksdale, Helena and other nearby destinations. Clarksdale's blues clubs and festivals are within driving distance.
