Summary: On arrival to the room, both the shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. I asked for them to be refilled. They provided soap for the first night since the cleaning staff was gone. I asked them to please fill them for the next evening. It was never done. So I had to stop and get more soap and towels. The heat in the room did not work properly.
