Live like a local in this coveted bright and airy end unit with full water views where you can watch the dolphins, birds and boats go by. Take the beach buggy with umbrella and chairs to the beach which is only a 3 minute walk away! (You wait longer for the elevator in the high rises!) Or take a dip in the heated pool (EXCLUDING December/January) overlooking the water with sun deck right next to your unit. The Master Suite has a queen bed with its own private balcony and newly updated ensuite bathroom. The Guest Suite also has a queen bed with a newly updated ensuite bathroom. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, Free Wifi and all linens and towels are provided. The garage is available for parking as well as the driveway and one extra designated space. Please enjoy the two kayaks left for your use; where you can put in just behind the unit.
