Welcome to Paradise! This beautifully designed split living condo offers 3B/2B in a bright and spacious unit that has constant light The entire unit has been updated with new furnishings and bedding. Peaceful and serene, enjoy watching the golfers on the beautifully landscaped golf course from your breezy, corner unit lanai. Pool/BBQ grills directly outside the unit. There are also several additional pools available within the development. Just 15 minutes to the area's beautiful beaches. WIFI, basic cable included
The space
3 very spacious bedrooms with ample closet space. Both bathrooms have been updated, as well as the kitchen. Freshly painted, clean carpets and updated systems make my property worry free and comfortable. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for guests use. Storage unit is in the carport. Full size washer and dryer.
