Summary: The location is a good, a few minutes walk from the main lifts in Tignes Le Lac and the bus stop. There are two main entrances to the building on either road, one intended to give access to ski lockers (no heated bootracks). The apartment is very small, one room with 3 single bunk beds with a separate kitchen and a bit of a 1970s feel. The bathroom is nice, shower pressure is good, shower cubicle was small but ok for me. I see from other reviews that snow can block the window which is slightly below ground level. The view was fine in late December. Based on its size it's far from ideal for a whole week's stay unless you are spending all your day on the slopes and all evening dining-out or with friends elsewhere. Inconvenient to have no WiFi but I had a decent 4G signal roaming. No kettle, would be useful to have an electric kettle. No toilet rolls, no dish washing liquid, no hand soap when I arrived (at midnight). I had been given an incorrect key code for the main doors which was an interesting problem to solve when I arrived at midnight on Christmas Eve. Some kind neighbours spotted me waving outside and passed on the new code. I had exchanged a few messages with owner about a "linen kit". I wasn't familiar with this practice which seems to occur in France. You can bring your own sheets, quilt covers, towels and dish clothes or pay a fee for them. I wanted a linen kit but in the end one wasn't available at rather short notice. I happened to have spare luggage allowance and space in my suitcase but many skiers are going to fly heavy - extra weight can cost a lot of money nowadays. No parking which will be important for anyone driving to do a full costing. No option to pay for cleaning, you are expected to clean the place. This worked ok for me as I didn't have an early departure, hadn't cooked anything and my indoor socks had effectively contributed to a net cleaning effect for the tiled floor during my stay. Apartment is dated and lacking in facilities compared to all the ones I've seen in Austria including six I have rented in ski villages. Price, length of stay and expectations will determine impression of the place.
