Located in "Encantada Resort", this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is just a 7-minute drive from Disney World! Enjoy full complimentary access to the resort's fantastic amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a kids' pool, hot tubs, an on-site restaurant, walking trails, and much more.
Home Layout
• LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: Relax in the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—perfect for spending time together after a day at the parks. Smart TV 50" (No cable TV). The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a **brand-new refrigerator with a built-in ice maker and filtered water dispenser**, and everything you need to prepare meals. We do our best to keep the kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. If you notice anything missing during your stay, just let us know and we'll do our best to help. You'll also find a courtesy spice cabinet that is stocked by both us and previous guests. Please review the Amenities List before booking to make sure the home includes everything you need.
• LAUNDRY ROOM: (Washer & Dryer) A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience and are located on the first floor, right next to the kitchen. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided for your stay. You'll also find a few pool towels there!
• 1ST BEDROOM: Master Suite - A cozy king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room also includes a spacious walk-in closet, and a 40" Smart TV for your convenience.
• 1ST BATHROOM: Located inside Bedroom 1, features a walk-in shower and is exclusively accessible from the master suite.
• 2ND BEDROOM: Bedroom 2 features a firm mattress queen-size bed; Smart Tv 32" and the bed has drawers for storage (closet in this bedroom is not available)
• 3RD BEDROOM: The third bedroom is our Mickey-themed room, making it a fun choice for kids and smaller adults. It features one full-size bed and one twin-size bed, so the room is a bit more compact than the others. A 50" Smart TV is provided for your entertainment, and the closet is available for guest use, although storage space is somewhat limited due to the room's layout.
• 2ND BATHROOM: The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway and features a bathtub along with storage shelves behind the bathroom door. For your convenience, we also provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Pool Heat is an additional of $35 per day with 2 days minimum. It must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Grill Fee is $50 and covers cleaning and propane!
