Access is via private hoa road that is plowed in the winter- 4-wheel drive is recommended October through April. There is plenty of parking for 4+ vehicles. Access to the home is done via coded entry which is provided day of check in if you have paid in full and provided a photo identification.
Small mountain community nestled between some of Colorado's highest peaks.
4x4 vehicle recommended from September through May- the road leading to the property is fairly steep, and is gravel, in the fall, winter and spring there may be snow/ice. The road to the property is a maintained community gravel road. The driveway will be plowed upon 4" of snow or more.
