Welcome to our fully remodeled 3 bed, 3 bath single story home with a private office centrally located in Mira Mesa, San Diego. This house has been beautifully updated with an open concept living room/kitchen area, perfect for working from home or vacationing. The private office is equipped with monitors, docking station, keyboard and mouse all for guests to use.
The dream kitchen features an oversized island with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of storage. Enjoy a fully landscaped backyard with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and outdoor seating area with a fire pit. It's the perfect place to relax and entertain.
The entire home has A/C and heating capabilities to keep you comfortable year-round. Whether you plan on staying in or going out, this home is a perfect getaway for your family and friends or a work retreat! The full chef's kitchen comes equipped with all the amenities and pots and pans you need to cook a full gourmet meal like you would at home.
This home is also equipped with 4 Smart TVs, a washer, and a dryer (located in the garage). We sanitize the home prior to each occupancy because your safety is important to us. We also have high-speed WIFI and Smart TVs in every room. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a jet water tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom. The third bedroom also comes with a Smart TV and a full bathroom.
The office is its own dedicated room, perfect for working from home or conducting meetings. It features monitors, docking station, keyboard and mouse all for guests to use.
We have a 2-car garage and another 2 spots to park on the driveway. The backyard is private, overlooking a canyon, and has a private Jacuzzi or hot tub for 4 people. There's also a BBQ and outside seating area with a fire pit. There's even a grassy area for your pets to enjoy!
The home is located within 2 miles of Mira Mesa Boulevard, where you can find restaurants, shopping malls, groceries, and the many specialty stores Mira Mesa is famous for. San Diego is one of a kind; diverse neighborhoods, people, food and wonderful weather all year round. The surrounding neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.Getting around Uber/Lyft drivers are riddled all through out San Diego.
Just minutes off the freeway, this house offers amazing beaches (Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores, Mission Beach, Mission Bay Park) and the largest shopping centers in San Diego (UTC, Fashion Valley, Mission Valley) within 10-20 minutes. Downtown San Diego, Petco Park, Old Town, San Diego International Airport, Coronado, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and Sea World within 20 minutes. There is also a great variety of restaurants just around the corner from the house.
in Mira Mesa You can find some of the best restaurants featuring Vietnamese, Mexican, Thai, and Hawaiian cuisines, Little Sakana Sushi Bar, Raising Cane's, and other delicious eateries. We are also near the world-famous Stone Brewery restaurant, so if you enjoy craft beer.
There’s a wide variety of breweries to checkout in Mira Mesa: you’ve got Green Flash, Longship, Ballast Point, Serpentine Cider (a personal favorite), and many more!
A 5 minutes drive North on I-15 will take you golfing @ the Carmel Highlands Golf Resort. And then in 10 minutes you'll be at Lake Hodges where you can boat and fish. Further North in 15 more minutes you'll be at the world famous San Diego Safari where the animals run free. A 20 minutes drive east past Poway will take you to Casinos. Finally head South 15 min to arrive in downtown San Diego to the famed Balboa Park museums and Space Center, the Gas Lamp District the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Old Town San Diego and the airport. Travel further South and visit Tijuana, Mexico;

Other Things to Note:
It is important that guests read and understand the rules and guidelines before booking the property. The house is located in a quiet residential area, and it is essential to respect the neighbors. Therefore, guests are not allowed to have loud music or parties on the property. Additionally, there is a strict policy on gatherings outside the property past 10 PM. The neighbors are sensitive, and any disturbance will result in a call to the police, and guests may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
Only the disclosed number of guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional guests are allowed unless pre-disclosed to the host before their visit. By booking, guests agree not to have any unannounced guests or visitors during their stay. Any undisclosed guests will result in a charge of $40 per night, for each additional guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A smoking penalty of up to $200 or more will be charged for any violation of this rule. Guests are advised to refer to the Guest Handbook for further instructions.
If guests bring pets, they must ensure that their pets do not leave any feces or urine inside the house or leave excessive pet hair. If the cleaning crew finds pet feces or urine, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
A hot tub cleaning service comes every Thursday to service the spa. They will enter through the side gate and take 15 to 20 minutes to clean the spa.
It is important that guests follow the rules and guidelines to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
