The Penthouse has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, and two full bathrooms. The unit also has a large billiard room, with TV where all streaming services are available. Kitchen comes with oven, pots, plates.... and a Nespresso machine with free pods for your morning wake up. Washer/dryer are available.

1700 sq ft Fully remodeled penthouse in downtown, with an oversized balcony, and a billiard room . Walk into a sport man's paradise when you walk into the billiard room and see an 8 foot Marlin that was caught off the coast of Cabo San Lucas. The billiard room is great for entertaining and has a small bar top seating area for guest. The Living room has an overside couch that is extremely comfortable with fans and central AC in each room.
Guests are able to use all of the spaces in the apartment , elevators, garage. (to enter the building and the apartment you will be provided with a code, and a fob and clicker )

Thorton Park is a great neighborhood with a 94 walkability score , close to Amway center, Dr Phillips Performing Arts center, Camping World Stadium, and Orlando City Stadium. Walking distance to all the local pubs, night clubs and restaurants without being in the middle of all the noise. Building is in the quiet street so you can expect a good night rest.
Great breakfast, lunch/dinner spots and a grocery store (Publix) are a block or two away.
While Lake Eola Park is just 2 minutes away.
