The Space:
Newly renovated, this charming, single-level rental boasts a well-equipped full kitchen for easy meal prep, a dining area with table and chairs for meals or game nights. A bright sunlit living area with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and amazing views of the Hudson River. Make your breakfast and sip your coffee from the relaxing living room or outside in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the Hudson River with a view of West Mountain.
A charcoal grill is provided for cooking on those warm summer evenings overlooking the river and enjoying an adult beverage. The outdoor fire pit is the evening highlight with firewood graciously provided by the Homeowner. Portable air-conditioning units are in the cottage to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Have peace of mind with an in house washer and dryer after a long day of hiking or on the water.
Bring your boat to drop in the Hudson River or just a short drive to Lake George. The property has a large enough driveway to accomodate a truck and boat. Boat launches are plentiful in the Adirondacks and Lake George. Maximize your stay here and enjoy everything this area has to offer and come "home" to a peaceful cozy cottage made for relaxing and unwinding with views of the Hudson that span for miles.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is 10am. Early and late check in's can be approved with prior authorization.
