Check-in is strictly after 4:00 PM. Any use of the premises or utilities before 4:00 PM requires prior written approval from the owner and will result in a $100 charge if used without authorization. Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs will be charged $100 for every 30-minute delay. Early check-outs will result in forfeiture of 25% of any applied coupon.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and are strictly enforced. Violations may result in $500 being withheld from the security deposit. No loud noise, outdoor lighting, or outdoor fires are permitted after 9:00 PM. Violations of this rule will result in a $300 penalty deducted from the security deposit.
