The Villas are fully furnished townhouse style accommodations with many amenities: golf course view, 2 community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and hot tub! Enjoy views from the 4th hole of pristine Waikoloa Golf course! Quiet location in complex, a short walk to the pool.
The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is just a few minutes’ drive. Bike rentals available at Kings Marketplace.
This location is next door to the Hilton Waikoloa resort that has great restaurants to enjoy as well as you can purchase a pool pass to their hotel pools.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, and all-purpose cleaner. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment.
