Kolea 7F is located in one of the most popular buildings within Kolea. The location offers expansive ocean views as well as easy access to the Kolea Beach Club and the white sand beach at A'Bay. Throughout the villa you will also find nice Hawaiian artwork!
The moment you walk into the villa off of your private elevator you will be struck by the size of the great room and the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The great room has a large living area with plenty of sitting area facing a nice armoire with a LCD television in it. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area that seats 6. The large three bedroom villas at Kolea are known for their large spacious kitchens. Here you will find a large island with a wine cooler along with a large wrap around granite counter. The kitchen is well stocked and also features stainless steel appliances.
The great room and large lanai is separated by large pocket doors. Weather you are in the great room or on the lanai, you have a great view! The lanai has a lounging area with a couch and chairs as well as a dining area. There is a wet bar with a stainless steel grill for your use also.
On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed with bedside tables facing a big screen LCD television. There are large windows that showcase the ocean view. The large master bath has dual vanities, a large walk in shower with dual showerheads, and a deep soaking tub. Just across the hall from the master bedroom is the second master bedroom. Here you will find a queen size bed with bedside tables facing an armoire with a LCD television within it. The second master bathroom is also large and has dual vanities, a large walk in shower, and a deep soaking tub.
On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom. This bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. These beds face a LCD television atop a chest of drawers. The attached bath has a vanity with a walk in shower.

****December 2025 update- There is construction going on, on a lot adjacent to building 7. While the noise can be minimal most of the time there are times that it may be a little louder. Due to this, we have already included a 15% discount off the rate if you choose to stay there through October 2026. At that point we will check the status of the construction. The construction is limited from 7-5 Monday through Friday and 8-3 on Saturdays. Although this is the allowed times of work, more than likely all this time there will not be construction going on.
