Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through December 31, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Second car must be parked in any unmarked or guest spot on a first come first serve basis Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ on the lanai and community BBQ near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Halii Kai 10G is located in Building 10 at Halii Kai. . This condo has stairs leading to the front entrance/main living level. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hawaii. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—we were lucky enough to see whales frolicking along the shoreline throughout our entire stay, sometimes even right from our deck in the mornings.The condo itself had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was extremely well-appointed for those who love to cook. The property’s community pool, situated right on the ocean, was stunning, and the adjacent restaurant was both convenient and delicious. The pool and restaurant staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We also had great communication from Resortica, making access to the condo seamless.The workout center, also located right on the ocean, was small but well-equipped, offering incredible views that made for an enjoyable workout. The condo was conveniently located near Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy some shopping and dining.Island living is expensive, so we highly recommend stopping at Costco or Walmart on your way in to stock up on groceries.Our only real disappointment was the woman at check-in for the card keys, was quite unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience. Thankfully, that was the only negative interaction we had, as everyone else was wonderful.Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway.
